Our Field Studies night was due to fall on Wednesday 5 November - but we don't want to spoil all the fun of the fireworks. Therefore, we've changed the date to the following week - Wednesday 12 November.
Chris Hannard, our hard working committee member and keen metal detectorist, has agreed to come along with some of the amazing local finds he has accumulated over the years. He will share details of his work and talk about how to detect responsibly.
We look forward to seeing you all there at our usual venue - St Nicholas Parish Centre (upstairs and then the door to the right) on Holmechurch Lane, Beverley, HU17 0QP - 7.30 pm to 9 pm. All members welcome.
