Unfortunately, our next Field Studies meeting has had to be delayed until Wednesday 8th April.
The meeting will still take place at our usual venue at St Nicholas Community Centre, Holmechurch Lane, Beverley HU17 0QP at 7:30pm through to 9:00pm. The room is on the right, top of the stairs as you enter the building.
In this session, Matt will be continuing his interesting and well received sessions on key aspects of site organisation and excavation strategies, in particular, this month he will be covering the use of site matrices and how to phase archaeological remains.
This, as always, will be a friendly, fun and informal session with a mix of knowledge and abilities. Field studies is open to all members and no prior experience is necessary. If you have never been, come and give it a try.
