Brian, who is well known to many ERAS members, has been leading a most successful project around this nationally significant battle which will be the topic of a TV programme featuring Dan Snow. The timing is most appropriate as it coincides with the Bayeaux Tapestry exhibition at the British Museum which commemorates the other famous battle of that year.

Lectures are held in Lecture Room 1 of the Wilberforce Building. University of Hull, starting at 7.30pm. Lectures are free to members and £3 for non-members. They will also be streamed online for members, with a link being sent out for each in due course.
