Following the excellent presentation from Tegwen Roberts in September of last year, detailing the fantastic community project at Elsecar in South Yorkshire, we are proposing to organise a visit to the site on Saturday 11 July. The cost will be £7.50 each (if we can attract enough people interested in attending). Hopefully the visit will also include a walk along the canal to Hemingfield Colliery which may or may not incur an additional cost (details to be confirmed). Members interested in attending would have to make their own way there - car sharing is encouraged. Please email Richard at [email protected] to book a place.

Please see below a series of exciting talks taking place over the coming months in Wetwang - organised by our friends at FFWAP.
